I have tried many Indian restaurants but this is definitely the best I’ve had. Well prepared dishes with quality ingredients I now drive for minutes every time I want to eat here, passing many other Indian restaurants on the way, but it’s well worth it.

This has been my favourite Indian restaurant for more than 35 years. Everything is always perfect. Whether we dine in or have a takeaway, there's always perfection each and every time. The staff are friendly, the food is always excellent (never had a wrong order when ordering a takeaway for collection). The service is always superb when eating in and the time wait for takeaways is fair, considering how busy the kitchen must be.

Honestly, the best experience! It’s a family-run business, and you can really tell they put their heart into everything. The customer service was outstanding—so warm and welcoming. My dad loved it so much, he went back two days in a row! The food was absolutely delicious, and I’m so happy I finally got to experience what my father has been raving about. It truly lived up to the hype! Would definitely recommend! We even got complimentary drinks after the meal! Can’t wait to come back.

Went here for the tasting menu, which I’d definitely recommend!! Such an experience trying different dishes - loved the new chutneys, and the chicken chettiyar was so comforting service was great as usual as well, will be back soon

We have dined here a few times and always enjoyed the food immensely. The new menu is divine and very modern. This is just what we need in wallington for a fine dining experience without being overpriced. I would highly recommend this restaurant for the service and food.

I visited Akash for their new tasting menu and was extremely impressed with the quality of their food, presentation, and an excellent service from the staff. The tasting menu was a 5-course delight of a modern take on traditional Indian flavours and was a genuinely great evening meal out with friends. Personally, my favourite was the chicken chettiyar, but the tandoori prawn with tilapia was a close second and all the meat were cooked perfectly and so tender. On top of the great taste, the menu was excellent value for a 5-course meal. A real hidden gem in Wallington and would definitely be eating here again.

Highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious, great value meal served by very attentive staff. I tried the new tasting menu which exceeded all my expectations! Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I was especially impressed with the delicious sauces that accompanied each dish and how tender the meat and fish were. I will be back soon!

Came out with my family for a nice dinner in a Friday night to Akash. We have been coming here for a very long time and they never disappointed us. I had a briyani and I was extraordinary. Also the waiter named Jasmine was so nice and very helpful. Definitely would return
